We work with the Developer in the preparation of Budgets and Rules to assist with the sales campaign and sales contracts. We work with project sales teams regarding the on-going management and what is included in the budget to assist with their knowledge of the operations of the property, therefore assisting sales.
Consultation from beginning to handover:
Our alliance companies are happy to provide consultation services on financial aspect and project development process, from early stages of design, plan of subdivision, and throughout the full construction process. We work closely to provide on-going consultation and assistance on all Owners Corporation and related matters.
Full management of the set-up and building handover, working with all stakeholders.
We handle the full Owners Corporation set-up and handover from the Developer to the new owners, and have established a detailed methodology and checklist to meet the legislation requirements, actions for set-up, settlements, communication, move-ins and initial management priorities. The set-up is critical to establishing the effective building management/ operations, procedures and services as well as the culture and community.
