The establishment of the owners corporation records and administrative procedures in accordance with legislation prior to the appointment of the manager are as follows:


  • Common Seal
  • Insurance quotation
  • Books of account
  • System set up for accounting records
  • System set up for purchaser and owner/proprietor certificates
  • Calculate and revise levies and issue levy notices
  • Establish document file for inaugural meetings
  • Convene and attend the first general meeting and prepare minutes of that meeting
