The establishment of the owners corporation records and administrative procedures in accordance with legislation prior to the appointment of the manager are as follows:
- Common Seal
- Insurance quotation
- Books of account
- System set up for accounting records
- System set up for purchaser and owner/proprietor certificates
- Calculate and revise levies and issue levy notices
- Establish document file for inaugural meetings
- Convene and attend the first general meeting and prepare minutes of that meeting
